The HUGO® manual pallet jack, also referred to as a pallet pump, trolley, or scooter, is a crucial tool designed for lifting and moving pallets within warehouses or supermarkets. 2 Types of manual pallet trucks

3 How to distinguish between good and bad manual pallet jack:

1. 4 How to install the manual pallet jack 

1. Gently pull out the cotter pin of manual pallet jack on the street of the forklift mounting handle.

2. Remove the pin at the joint.

3. Install the handle at the interface.

5 Troubleshooting of manual hydraulic trucks

When utilizing a manual hydraulic truck, encountering an issue where it cannot be fully lowered to the ground is quite common. This problem often arises due to a faulty pressure relief valve, especially when it becomes blocked. In such cases, a straightforward solution involves cleaning the pressure relief valve. However, if upon inspection, the valve isn't obstructed but exhibits signs of wear or damage due to extended usage, it's advisable to replace it with a new valve to restore functionality.

Another scenario observed with manual hydraulic trucks is when one side lowers properly while the other remains elevated. This situation typically points to transmission component issues. To address this, it's crucial to inspect the smoothness of rotation between the truck's front wheel bracket and the double link. If this inspection reveals no abnormalities, a further examination of the front bracket, bottom push rod, push rod, and rocker arm becomes necessary. Additionally, it's important to check for potential obstructions between the push rod and the truck body or between the wheels. In instances where hydraulic trucks experience this issue, it's often due to overloading, which can lead to structural deformation of the truck's wheel frame or damage to a specific component.
